I have added names for the three to Catagolue (each being "[...]weight other Jack" due to xp4_8op707po8zgoo555oogzw47074 having a wiki page, https://conwaylife.com/wiki/Jack)

It has a process similar to the lightweight spaceship's centre at the top and bottom edges, so has midweight (xp4_8cf3jgggj3fc8zy0pvvvpz13fccxccf31) and heavyweight (xp4_8cf3jggggj3fc8zy0pvvvvpz13fccy0ccf31) variants, though the midweight one doesn't currently have a synthesis.

It's not in Mark Niemiec's latest collection of constructibles, but Koenig's Object Database has it as 40P4.11. So somebody has seen it before:

Myself, I wouldn't want to sort out a glider construction based on the two soups found so far (26 Apr 2015). But the halves of the oscillator are nicely separated for a couple of ticks, so most likely there's a recipe within reach.

I don't see this in my jslife. Is there a newer one? Is anybody still cataloging p4s? --Bill Gosper
